Today I found pictures from last private view of BA Illustration course here in NUCA. It is absolutely fantastic I look forward to next year.

Hyde Park ČT24

Interesting interview with Maxim Velčovský in Hyde Park on ČT24. He explained why he designs all his products in a different way or how young artists can find job. What he things about Czech education, Czech politics or past Desing Blok 2011. I liked his way of talking, sometimes he had a problem to express himself - same problem as I have (a lot of ideas and thinking in head but hard to express in words.)

During the past few days I have been answering the question we got on Thursday in class: What I want to give to the world as a designer? From the interview with Maxim I saw some same ideas that I have found out too. Czech people are afraid of changes. We have been trying to change ourself since 1989 but very slowly and with a big fear. I would like my design to be seen as something independent and something fresh. This is only general meaning which hide much deeper.

Handmade Graphics such a great book about craft artists, illustrators and others avoiding computers. Just love it.

Here I am

Lovely town of Norwich with 4 Subways, 2 Starbucks and hundreds of amazing shops. But the most important a great school with even better library with Graphic Design section.

Paranoia Clothing

A friend I have met in a work which has nothing to do with a type of jobs we would both like to do in the near future. Valér designs illustrated prints for t-shirt fashion and I wish him very big luck!!!!!

New flat

Project of the last month which was for all of us just big waiting for going to IKEA and buying dream furniture, therefore I called it "IKEA Vršovice".

Kindergarden

I was asked to create facade for kindergarden near Prague. I have created 2D model and got help with creating 3D. This is one of the four suggestions which the city received.

Norwich

The city where I have never been to and where I will stay for the next school year. Wish me luck.

Kindergarden

For the last 3 weeks I have been working on a facade of the kindergarden in Roztoky near Prague. During the research I found beautiful yellow nursery school with playful shapes by Swedish architect studio T&W.
